Tania Kassis at the Beirut Music and Art Festival 2011

Tania Kassis, Lebanese soprano, known for her lyrical Islamic-Christian “Ave Maria”  will be performing tonight, June 10, 2011 at the Beirut Music and Art Festival (BMAF) and she will present her Middle Eastern and Latin fusion repertoire. Tania Kassis will be accompanied by 15 musicians combining violins and other string instruments. Along with her own songs, she will interpret  famous songs,like: Carmen, The Phantom of the Opera, Albi Dalili, La Vie en Rose (will be sung in Spanish and transformed into Samba) …
Tania Kassis will be dancing tango with Ziad Kassis and cha-cha with Elie Afif tonight on the BMAF stage at the Beirut New Waterfront.
